North Coast Natural Sales currently covers the territory of Washington State, Oregon, and Alaska. We partner with retailers, provide regular face-to-face contact, and additional support through phone and email. We focus in the core areas of Placement, Merchandising, and Education, to ensure that our brands have an optimal shelf presence, and that the floor level staff have a sound knowledge, and if possible, a personal relationship with your product. Additionally, we ensure that promotional platforms are properly employed, and provide feedback on the actions and activity of competing brands on the shelf.
E-COMMERCE
North Coast Natural Sales currently manages brand relationships with Amazon, Lucky Vitamins, iHerb, Vitacost, VitaminLife, Wishing U Well, Swanson Vitamins, and other e-commerce partners. Management of these accounts includes new item presentation, contract negotiation, on-boarding, listing optimization, enhanced content creation, promotional management, and more.
MAP Pricing violations are one of the largest challenges faced by brands who sell online. Accordingly, North Coast Natural Sales is pleased to assist in developing a sound strategy for MAP management and enforcement.
